Data We Collect

We automatically use Cookies, mainly to make your use of the site simpler and more streamlined, but also to track generalised data such as which devices the majority of users access our site with, where they are from (roughly – we do not collect address data) and what times the site is busiest. You can read more about the site’s use of cookies, and customise how we use them here. We also collect any data that you submit to us, for example using contact forms.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content from other sites (e.g. Google maps). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

We don’t share data with anyone outside of our organisation. Within the organisation, we may share your data with any member of staff if we feel we need to in order to better answer your query or deal with an issue you have raised. Where we have a legal or statutory duty to disclose information, or in the professional opinion of the Designated Safeguarding Lead there is an urgent safeguarding issue, data will be disclosed to outside agencies in accordance with legislation and/or government guidance as applicable.

How long we retain your data

Cookies are generally retained for no more than 30 days. Data supplied directly via contact forms etc may be retained indefinitely in order to maintain a “paper trail” of communications, in case of future queries.

  2. You have the right to request corrections to any data we hold that you believe to be incorrect.
  3. You have the right the be “forgotten” – in other words you have the right to request that we delete all your data from our records.

You may exercise any or all of these rights by contacting us. We reserve the right to levy a small administration fee to cover our costs relating to data requests; normally we would not expect this fee to exceed £10.
